Processing services

• Laser cutting: three lasers, each cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 1" thick on 60" x 120" tables.

  

• Precision press brakes: 10-foot, 135-ton capacity. Up to 1/4" at 10 feet, and thicker material in shorter lengths. Just ask about specific bends.

  

  

• Plasma with bevel: steel plate up to 1-3/4" thick on a 10-foot x 30-foot water table, with bevel capabilities.

  

• Precision/production sawing: sizes up to 18", with miter cutting even at production levels.

  

• Fabrication and robotic welding: carts, platforms, small weldments, and production work on our three robotic welders.

  

• Plate shearing, rolling, CAD, and 3D drawing assistance.

Need small laser cut or laser/brake parts? Send us your drawing and quantities. We can cut and form them here and ship smaller parts by UPS in small boxes.

Delivery and shipping

Our trucks make daily deliveries within 75 miles of Winchester, Virginia. We can arrange shipping wherever your job needs to go, including UPS for smaller parts.
