Sawing
Winchester Metals, Inc. has the flexibility to tackle almost any cutting requirement, regardless of its size. We can saw everything from beams to bars multiple lengths or one piece at a time.
Shearing
We can shear up to 3/4" A36 carbon steel plate as wide as 12' and some hardened alloy plates up to 3/16". Ask your salesperson for accurate capacities.
Burning
Our computer controlled burning machine can burn shapes and designs per your specifications, your drawings, or from a menu of pre-programmed, often used shapes. Both oxy-fuel and Plasma cutting are available.
Braking
Our 230-ton press brake has the capacity to shape sheets and plates of various thickness up to 10 1/2 feet wide. Stair treads, pans, and other common shapes are regularly done in our shop. Our skilled operators can brake to your specifications and tolerances.
Rolling
With our plate-rolling machine, custom radii for flat bar rings or plate are available.
Winchester Metals, Inc. has a fleet of delivery trucks to get your metal to your job-site or shop or our customers are welcome to come to our facility to pick up their own material.
We'll accommodate packaging and bundling requirements per our customer's needs and get your metal delivered on time.
